The ministry here at Ruurikkala is continually growing, and God has opened many opportunities for reaching out and impacting people in Finland and around the world. At Ruurikkala, we organize different types of camps and events for youth, a discipleship training school, and many different leadership training courses over the summer months. We pray that God will give us wisdom to follow God’s will and his schedule to advance in our work at Ruurikkala in the right way.

Our work at Ruurikkala is based on the most important principle which is to have a close relationship with God, through everyday prayer and by having the right priorities. Building strong relationships between staff and students is important in our work, and we feel as if our base is more of a family than simply co-workers. We live together, eat, clean, pray, read the word, laugh and cry, and grow together. We are YWAM!
